If you send us an appointment request via the form, we process: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle make and model, vehicle type, the nature of your request, your preferred timing, your message and — if you upload one voluntarily — a photo of the vehicle registration document (Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I).The purpose of the processing is to handle your appointment request and to call you back. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and the consent you give via the checkbox, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.A note on the registration document photo: that document contains the vehicle keeper's name and address. Uploading it is expressly voluntary. The file is used solely to identify the vehicle.You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Your data will be erased as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent erasure.

This website sets no analytics, marketing or third-party cookies. No tracking takes place. Where a language or display preference is stored, it is held locally in your browser (localStorage) and is strictly necessary.
